Regarding primary school for boys and girls the concerned person/officer EDO is not sincere in giving us this education right which is not only for zardaris village but also for the villages of surroundings. They are not responding as they should response for this precious cause of education.
we are humbly requesting to You Sir! that you yourself do the necessary help for us by ordering the concerned persons and authorities as the required legal and most important facilities can be provided us before coming general elections.

Subject: APPLICATION FOR PROHIBIT THE PRIVATE WATCH DOGS ACTIVITIES

Dear Sir,

With a humble request it is stated that I, being a tribe man, am bestowed with a second citizenship of Pakistan. Like all tribal youth, I am a great admirer of your management capacities and greatly appreciate your great efforts with the help of which we came out of very critical and worst situation. I hat off to all those people whose sacrifices and efforts promised a new dawn for leading a peaceful life and above all Pakistani forces for their tireless efforts in bringing in peace in my homeland.
Respected sir you know that FCR has been enacted here and besides many benefits it restricts us to access apex courts.
During the recent past where the peace building moves improved the situation and people started living enjoying a mental ease, I want to draw your kind attention to another equally disturbing situation where deliberate efforts are being made to initiate endless enmities among tribal families by “Private Dog Centers” called “Army Dog Centers”.
Sir, bomb explosions has been a routine matter all over Pakistan and the tribal areas are not an exception and the security agencies have been agile in chasing culprits. Such an incident happened in my Agency some seven months before where some people had minor injuries. An affectee contacted (Upper Kurram) these “Private Dog Centers” which somehow found responsible my “90” year’s old relative for this bomb blast who cannot even walk properly. It blamed my whole family and because of this the two families are at the verge of enmity. Sir believe me after asking the issue from experts, they told me that in whole world there are no such dog, to find the responsible person after six month, due to two reasons one social movement of the peoples and climate change effects.
As an inhabitant of the agency, I have no right to claim justice and prove it wrong without your kind approval so how can these “Dog Centers” operate in our Agency without your permission? Does Government of Pakistan give them permission to run this private Dog Center Setups? Only for 90,000/- rupees how can they blame innocent people. Aren’t these type of activities are the source of panic in home land? If these “Private Dog Center” are this much effective in finding the culprits then Pakistan should make these dogs an integral part of its security setup and their findings should be provided a legal cover?
If all these are wrong then kindly make them bound not to operate in the Agency. Sir let me ask, is there any provision under law. Please resolve the matter with opinion of experts, or allow me to get access to Peshawar high court against the illegal business of the said Dog center in tribal area. Due to this problem i can’t able fulfill my professional responsibilities. We are ready for any type of investigation and case also ready against dog center in Peshawar High court to prove my family innocent. The Dog center person had bring dog to my home with continuous dictation i.e. go, stop, set, stand etc, he insult my family, with caring the Pashtoon society rules and regulations.
World all experts are not ready to accept it that a dog can find any type of evidence after 6 months or one year. I don’t know how they can provide a certificate to people, this person responsible for event without involving the Govt. setups. If a person has been involved then ordered “To hang till death” if it proved wrong then kindly prohibit this Dog Centers, and issue notice to called him for investigation under FCR.
For sake of God! Please give sympathy to my homeland and kindly get away this dog centers from over homeland. Give us freedom from this dog centers where dog can blame an innocent people. A family who is highly educated who love education can’t be the source of fight and bomb blasts.
I request to all responsible Government official to please find that which one organization give them permission to operate these Private dog centers. It’s out of our social customs and traditions and country rules and regulations. I also request to my patriotic Intelligence agencies to investigate the matter of such type business that how it is possible in the presence of laws, courts and rules in Pakistan they operate these dog centers. we have need of a road from Asgharabad to our Village Zardari Abad American Farm and from this village to old village Piyaro Faqeer Zardari. Which becomes only the distance 04 Kilo meters.
Before general elections of 2008 you yourself and Adi Faryal Talpur sahiba had Promised with my uncle Hamzo Ali Zardari that , our village Zardari Abad and old Village Piyaro Faqeer Zardari will be facilited with road and Primary School. but unfortunately out of both demands no demand has been provided to us.
There fore it is a humble request to your kind honour that must due directions be given to the concerned persons and departments so as your words can be kept. we your voters and lovers who are always with you at the difficult times can be glad. problems must be solved on priority bases as soon as possible at least before coming general elections.
