Subject: Request for issuing order of Re-Instatement of Research Off BS 17 ME cell,Ministry of Defence, Rawalpindi.
Yours kind office is intimated to my Civil Petition 1220/12 in the apex court being decided at DB ,Justice S Khawja and J Arif Khilji Arif Hussain. I pleaded my case as Petitioner in Person due to my poverty of affording a supreme court council.
2) The Anchor person of Aap ka Masla Kia hi i.e Naeem Buhari supported me writing a letter of my re-instatement as sacked employee to the Chief Coordinator of PM Grivance Wing Islamabad. The said letter got dispatched to MoD some one year ago . However, the said reply is awaited at thier end.
3) The order sheet of Apex court stated ” We have heard the petitioner in person. His main contention is that he has been discriminated against ,in as much as his colleagues who were also appointed on contract have not been terminated from service. The said colleagues have not been arrayed as respondents in this case……”
4) That bench disallowed me to recite a verse of Surat Nisa from Holy Quran. On the other on the said DB on 30-08 -2012 wrote the said verse in a fixed case of alleged corruption of Mr Arsalan Ifthihar s/o of the sitting CJ Ifthar Choudary. The case was handed over to Shoaib Suddel instead of being pursued by N AB.
5) I have recently known from Newsreports that the said bench provided service protection to his fellow judges of Islamabad High Court.
6) That Mr Sajjad Ihsan khan s/o Ihsan Ullah was appointed as Assistant Chief M E cell BS 18 in 2007 as he was not fullfilling the prescribed qualification as required for the said post i.e MA Economics . But the incumbent having MSc Agriculture despite the fact has been appointed on the said post as his father is an EX MPA health of Kyberpahthunkhwa and having influence in the respondent Ministry. The terms of References approved in Departmental Working @party DDWP had mentitioned MBA/Economics Degree Holder for the post of Assistant Chief but the said Rules were scrapped with the Minutesof the Meeting on 28th october 2010 under the Chairmanship of respondent ministry ie AS II.
6) I therefor request that I be restored /reinstated as Research Off BS 17 by the Committee under Syed Khurshid Shah.

You are kindly requested to take the measures to solve our poblems of providing basic facilities as Road,, Hospital and School( boys and girls), Gas , and Government services/jobs to those persons of our village who deserve/educated but unfortunately out of all demands no demand has been provided to us on the prirorty bases as soon as posssible. we are confirmed that after your regime no one will help us in this regard.

The LUBP team has added this section for the readers to suggwst or ask questios about various ministries and functionaries ofPPP government.They want candid and detailed querrie s. DO NOT BE MISER IN COMMENTING. I will take this opportunity to voice my opinion and comments throigh this column.
Frankly I have questions about Hina RabbaniKhar’s appointment as foreign minister and her performance in the office. It is the most impotant ministry in the govenment. It needs an experienced and mature person to run this ministry. She is not suited for this diplomatic stint in the government. We should revisit this issue and appoint a person qualified for the job. we must consider merit as our guiding principle in such important appointments. her recent meekish responsee to Indian aggression on the border. India needed astrong threat or warning to stop her from escalating the war like euophoria overthis LOC situation.
Much is desired from a minister of Foreign affairs to deal effectively with the thorny issues and complicated matters. She can not deal with these intricateissues. She has no background oracademic quakification to run this ministry. She has aforeign degree in hotel and restursant management . She should have been given Tourism portfolio. Her experience could have been utilized there, any way I am disappointed with her performance.
Second ministry is an all important ministery of interior or home ministry. There again a despicable individual is mismandling the job , and has created law and order situation. He has not been able to provide security and protection to the people. He isa favorite of President ZAdari for God Knowswhat reasons. He must be shown the door and sent packing home. He does not deserve the trust reposed in him fossuch an important Job . He has miserably failed to deliver time and again. He just gives excises , and nothing else . I will end my comments with thesse two presentations.
