بنگلہ دیش: جماعت اسلامی کے 4مرکزی رہنماؤں کے وارنٹ جاری
ڈھاکا( مانیٹرنگ ڈیسک)بنگلہ دیش کے جنگی جرائم ٹریبونل نے جماعت اسلامی کے 4مرکزی رہنماو¿ں پر 1971ءمیں جنگی جرائم کا مرتکب ہونے کا الزام لگاتے ہوئے گرفتاری کے احکامات جاری کردیے ہیں۔یہ ٹریبونل 1971ءمیں پاکستان سے آزادی کی جنگ میں جنگی جرائم میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف کارروائی کے حوالے سے مقدمات سن رہا ہے۔ یہ ٹریبونل رواں سال مارچ میں قائم کیا گیا تھا۔فرانسیسی خبر رساں ایجنسی اے ایف پی کے مطابق پیر کو ٹریبونل کی پہلی سماعت ہوئی‘ جس میں جماعت اسلامی کے 4رہنماو¿ں کی گرفتاری کے وارنٹ جاری کیے گئے۔جن رہنماو¿ں کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے گئے ہیں ان میں جماعت اسلامی کے امیر مطیع الرحمن نظامی، ان کے نائب علی احسن محمد مجاہد، محمد قمر الزمان اور عبدالقادر مولا شامل ہیں۔ برطانوی خبر رساں ایجنسی رائٹرزکے مطابق وکیل استغاثہ غلام عارف ٹیپو نے میڈیا کو بتایا کہ ٹریبونل میں انہوں نے استدعا کی ہے کہ پولیس ان 4رہنماو¿ں کو ٹریبونل میں پیش کرے۔جماعت اسلامی نے ان الزامات کی تردید کی ہے اور حکومت پر الزام لگایا ہے کہ وہ جماعت پر جھوٹے الزام لگا رہی ہے۔اس کے علاوہ جماعت اسلامی کے ایک اور رہنما دلاور حسین سیدی پر بھی ست خیرہ ڈسٹرکٹ میں جنگی جرائم کا مرتکب ہونے کا الزام لگائے جانے کا امکان ہے۔ٹریبونل کی اگلی سماعت 2اگست کو ہو گی۔

سبب اور نتیجہ
آسمان نا مہربان، زمین بے مہر۔انسانی بستیوں میں درندوں کا راج۔۔۔۔ ایسے لمحوں میں حرف ِ تسلی کس غم کا مداوا کر سکتا ہے؟ لیکن ہم کس درجہ بے تو فیق ہیں کہ اس کے سوا ہمارے دامن میں کچھ بھی نہیں!
میں کراچی کے بے اماں شہریوں کے کس کام آ سکتا ہوں؟ میں پشاور میں شہید ہونے والے پو لیس کے جوان کو کیا دے سکتا ہوں؟میں برستے آ سمان کے زخم خورہ ہم وطنوں کی کیا داد رسی کر سکتا ہوں؟لوڈ شیڈنگ کا عذاب سہنے والوں کے لیے میرے پاس کیا ہے؟ایسا خالی دامن تومیں کبھی نہیں تھا۔اس عالم میں مجھے کیا کرنا چا ہیے؟ حکومت کی مذمت۔۔۔۔؟یہ کا م تو بہت سے لوگ کر رہے ہیں۔دوسروں کے عیبوں پر نظر ۔۔۔؟اس کار ِ خیر میں بھی کئی دوست مصروف ہیں۔پھر کیا میرے لیے کو ئی کام باقی نہیں ؟
ہم اس صورت ِحال سے اچانک دو چار نہیں ہوئے۔یہ برسوں کی ریا ضت کا نتیجہ ہے۔اس مجاہدے کا حاصل یہ ہے کہ ہم نے اس کام کا ابھی آ غاز ہی نہیں کیا جو سب سے پہلے کیا جا نا چا ہیے تھا۔یہ کام تعمیر ِ ِ معا شرہ ہے۔ ہم نے وہ سماج قائم نہیںکیا جس میں یہ صلاحیت ہو کہ وہ اپنے دکھوں کا مدا وا کر سکے اور آنے والے وقت کی رفتار سے باخبر ہو کر قدم اٹھا ئے۔اس کے نتا ئج ہمارے چاروں طرف بکھرے ہیں۔اس سیلاب کو دیکھیے۔با رشوں کا مو سم ہمیشہ ایسے ہی نا مہرباں ہو تا ہے۔ پھر یہ کہ اچانک نہیں آتا۔ساون بھادوں پر ہم نے شعر لکھے، دومانوی داستانیں بیان کیں لیکن اس پر کبھی نہیں سوچا کہ آسمان بر ستا ہے تو لازم ہے کہ کچی چھت ٹپکنے لگے۔اگر ہماری چھت کچی ہے اور ہمیں بارشوں کے مزاج کا بھی علم ہے تو ہم نے اس سے بچا ئو کی کیا تدبیر کی؟اگر نہیں کی تو اس کا ذمہ دار کون ہے؟تمثیل کو ایک طرف رکھیے،واقعہ یہ ہے کہ ہم نے تو ہمات کا پیچھا کیا یا خوا ہشات کا۔ہم نے اس نظام کو سمجھنے کی کوشش ہی نہیں کی جس کے تابع یہ کار ِ جہاں رواں دواں ہے۔جہاں ”زمینی حقائق” کا اعتراف غیرت کے منا فی ہو،وہاں اس نظام ِ قدرت کا اعتراف محال ہے۔
قوم کی تعمیر کا آغاز سوچ کی تعمیر سے ہو تا ہے۔ سب سے پہلے کچھ بنیادی اصولوں کو تعین ہو تا ہے جس کے بعد عملی تعمیر کا آغاز ہو تا ہے۔مثال کے طور پر یہ اصول کہ وہ قوم کبھی ترقی نہیں کر سکتی جو اپنی نا کامیوں کے اسباب خارج میں تلاش کر تی ہے۔آج ہمارے اہل ِ دانش، با جماعت ایک فکر کی آبیاری کرتے ہیں: ہماری بدحالی کا سبب یہ ہے کہ ہم اغیار کی سازش کا ہدف رہے یا جارحیت کا۔اس میں کو ئی شبہ نہیں کہ سازش ہے اور جارحیت بھی لیکن یہ ہماری پستی کا سبب نہیں ،نتیجہ ہیں۔اگر ہماری اجتما عی سوچ کا پہلا پتھر درست ہو تا تو ہماری حکمت عملی با لکل دوسری ہو تی۔ اگر ہم نتیجے اور سبب کے فرق کو جان لیتے تو ہمارا مو قف یہ ہو تا کہ ہماری پر یشانیوں کا سبب یہ ہے کہ ہم نے اپنی تعمیر پر محنت نہیں کی۔ہم اگر اس طرح سوچتے تو بارشوں کی آمد سے پہلے اپنی کچی چھت کی فکر کر تے۔اب یہ ہے کہ بارشیں بر ستی ہیں ،چھتیں ٹپکتی ہیں اور ہم اس کا الزام حکومت کو دیتے ہیں یا اسے عذاب ِ الہی قرار دے کر اپنے آپ کو معصوم ثابت کر دیتے ہیں۔ میر ابچپن دیہات میں گزرا ہے۔ میرے گھر کی چھت بھی کچی تھی ۔مجھے آج بھی یاد ہے کہ ساون کی آمد سے پہلے میری والدہ کو فکر ہو تی تھی اور بارش کے موسم سے پہلے چھتوں کی لپائی ہو جا تی تھی۔میںاس دور کی شدید بارشیں نہیں بھولا جب گلیوں میں پانی کھڑا ہو تا تھا۔میرے والد مضطرب ہو تے تھے کہ ان کا مسجد جانا مشکل ہو گیاحالانکہ وہ ہمارے گھر سے چند قدم پر تھی۔اس کے باوجود اگر کبھی چھت ٹپکی تو اتنا ہی کہ اس جگہ پر ایک کٹورا رکھ دیا جا تا۔مجھے نہیں یاد کہ ہمارے گائوں میں کبھی چھت گرنے سے کو ئی انسانی جان ضائع ہو ئی ہو۔آج جب آ بادی بڑھ گئی اور انتظام نسبتاًمشکل ہو گیا ،ہم پر لازم تھا کہ حکومت سے لے کر گھر کے مالک تک ،ہم اپنی ذمہ داری محسوس کر تے اور اس خسارے سے کسی حد تک بچ جا تے جس کا آج ہم شکار ہیں۔
یہ سب کچھ کیوں ہوا؟ ہم نے کو ئی منصوبہ بندی نہیں کی۔ہم نے مستقبل کے تیور نہیں پہچانے۔ اس کا سبب یہ ہے کہ ہماری قومی سوچ میں ایک کجی آ گئی ہے۔ ہم تعمیر پر یقین نہیں رکھتے۔ ہم اپنی تباہی کیااسباب خارج میں تلاش کرتے ہیں۔نتائج سے واضح ہے کہ کسی صوبا ئی حکومت کے پاس
ہنگامی صورت حال سے نمٹنے کی کو ئی منصوبہ بندی نہیں۔ معاشرتی سطح پر بھی اس کا کو ئی ادراک مو جود نہیں۔ٹیلی وژن ،اخبارات،کہیں مجھے اس سوچ کی کو ئی جھلک،الاما شااللہ، دکھا ئی نہیں دی کہ ہم سیلابوں کی صورت حال کا کو ئی سائنسی جا ئزہ لیں اور ساری دنیا کی طرح وقت سے پہلے اس سے بچا ئو کا منصوبہ بنا ئیں۔میں جا نتا ہوں کہ یہ کبھی نہیں ہوگا۔یہ احساس وہاں پیدا ہو تا ہے جہاں سوچ کا زاویہ دوسرا ہو تاہے۔جہاں یہ بات طے ہو تی ہے کہ ہمیں اپنے غموں کا مداوا خود کر نا ہے۔
کراچی اگر جرائم پیشہ گروہوں کے دست ِ قدرت میں ہے تو اس کے اسباب داخلی ہیں۔ کراچی میں اس قتل عام کو روکا جا سکتا ہے اگر اقتدار پر فائز گروہ یہ طے کر لیں کہ انسانی لا شوں پرسیاست نہیں ہو گی۔بارش رحمت بن سکتی ہے اگر کالاباغ ڈیم جیسے منصوبوں پر سیاست نہ کی جائے۔مذہب دنیا اور آخرت میں نجات کی آ واز بن سکتا ہے اگر محراب وممبر قال اللہ وقال الرسول کے لیے خاص ہو جا ئیں۔خود کشیوں کا خاتمہ ہو سکتا ہے اگر لوگ ہمسائے کے حقوق کا لحاظ رکھیں۔کراچی میں غیر ملکی مداخلت کا امکان رد نہیں ہو سکتا۔مذہبی انتہا پسندی کے پیچھے بھی سازش ہو سکتی ہے ۔لیکن یہ کسی بات کا نتیجہ ہیںسبب نہیں۔اگر ہم اس فرق کو جان لیں تو ہماری حکمت عملی بالکل دوسری ہو گی۔اگر ایسا ہو تو میں پو رے یقین سے کہہ سکتا ہوں کہ اگلے سال بارشوں کا جتنا زور ہو،اللہ نے چاہا تووہ ہمارے لیے رحمت ہوں گی۔اگر ایسا ہے تو میرے پاس قوم کے لیے امید کا پیغام ہے۔ اگر سوچ کا زاویہ وہی ہے تو پھر صرف حرف ِ تسلی ہے اور حرف ِ تسلی کسی غم کا مداوا نہیں۔
The facts behind reality
President Asif Ali Zardari rounded off a trip to Britain by addressing a political rally Saturday, has faced criticism and protesters for touring overseas as floods killed more than 1,500 people in his country.
Most of private news channels of Pakistan had reales a F-A-K-E news that one heckler threw a shoe at Zardari during the event, missing the president, while outside the convention center police cordoned off more than 100 protesters but later on it become a pretense of courage.
Now lets turn towards the both protesters weather they are in country or out of the country as the PAK media has shown only oneside of the fact to the people.
The opposition leader Nawaz Sharif said that President should record his protest on the statement given by Britain cancelling his tour to UK and should be at home under the critical situation of stuck-flood in the country, Imran Khan from PTI and Altaf hussain MQM with same objections, On the other hand Imran khan who flew out from Pakistan with some of his party workers, Altaf who are living in london from many years till today and Mr. Nawaz shareef whose son has running business in London but never launched any donation cell for the victims of flood like the son of President Zardari…
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari launched fund-raising campaign in London and collected 70,000 pounds within an half hour but also his daughter Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari has launched a fund-raising campaign in Pakistan. However President Asif Ali Zardari announce Rs 5 million donation including Rs. 2 million for Bilawal campaign, Rs. 2 million for Bakhtawar campaign and Rs 1 million for the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund.
Now, first the question comes to mind..Did Nawaz or Imran launched a fund-raising cell being in Pakistan to suppourt the people of Pakistan…the answer is NO NO NO.
So, We ( the nation) should have complete faith on the elected President and Prime Minister and should belive on the fact behind reality instead of News Channels.

The President’s tour targeted by the Media
The day when the President leaves for official foreign tour, he comes to top of the list of baseless censuring by the Pakistani media.
The objection raised on the issue of his visit was Cameron’s statement against Pakistan’s role in the ‘export of terror on which the media voiced that the President should cancel his visit to UK and also due the situation of the country which has been suffering from the worst monsoon floods in its history today. The provinces have casualities more than 1000, tens of thousands left marooned, thousands displaced, hundreds stranded in unreachable places or gone missing, with many living under open skies without ven the basic necessities for survival, homes have been demolished and more wide-spread destruction is expected by the rush of rains.
However, The President’s aim was to discuss the key issues and to help remove the misconception of Cameron that has developed to be an issue between the two countries over the remarks of the latter allegedly linking Pakistan to terrorism.
In the meeting with British Home Secretary, The President discussed matters regarding bilateral relations between the two countries, Pakistan’s fight against extremism and militancy, relief works for flood affectees in Pakistan, access to Pakistani goods in EU markets and visa issues. The President urged the international community to come forward and play their due role in extending support and assistance for the people affected by recent floods s and torrential rains in various parts of the country. The President appreciated British Government’s financial assistance of 5 million Pounds for flood victims in Pakistan and added that the magnitude of the devastations caused by the floods is very huge.
Ms Theresa May appreciated the government’s determinations to fight against the militancy and terrorism. . She said that Britain would continue to support Pakistan in the fight against terrorism, building its ravaged economy and addressing issues pertaining to delays in Visa issuance to Pakistani nationals.
In the meeting with Prime Minister Cameron, The President said assured him supporting Pakistan’s point of view in the European Union and the USA in securing access to Pakistani goods in these countries. He spoke of hundred years of relationship with the UK will stand together and face difficulties and weather storms to make the world more peaceful and secure. For his part the British Prime Minister described the meeting as excellent.
“The President and I have been talking about what we see as an unbreakable relationship between the two countries based on their mutual interests. “Obviously, we talked about dreaded and devastating floods in Pakistan. The British Government stands ready to help more and as required to make sure that help is given to all.
Above all, what we have been talking lately about “is our strategic partnership and how we deepen and enhance that partnership to make that we do all with the issues where we want to see progress, whether it is trade, education and also in the absolutely vital are of combating terrorism.”
Cameron said both countries want to work together to combat terrorism and ensure global peace. “We want to work with Pakistan in this vast strategic partnership.”
Addressing a big community meeting at International Convention Center, he said that party was pursuing the policy of reconciliation and mentioned the passage of 18th constitutional amendment, NFC award, autonomy to Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan package and women empowerment bill as some of the steps taken by the Government to strengthen democracy. The President appealed to the international community and political parties at home to come together to help thousands of people who have become homeless in floods and are in distress. He further said without looking at what the polls say, the government took tough decisions. Agreement with IMF, price hike, rising energy prices were difficult for people but the government did not go for popular politics,he said adding the future generation would not have forgiven them for not waging fight against the terrorist mindset and for not ensuring food security. He said despite what was being said on television and reported in newspapers about popularity of PPP, its candidates had won some recent elections. He said, “you people supported Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed and now supporting Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who today launched a fund-raising campaign in London for the flood affected people in Pakistan and within half an hour 70,000 pounds were collected.”
Similarly, the President said Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari has launched a fund-raising campaign in Pakistan and “I announce Rs 5 million donation including Rs. 2 million for Bilawal campaign, Rs. 2 million for Bakhtawar campaign and Rs. 1 million for the Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund”.
But, unfortunately the media showed a completely opposite and a self-made ngative side of the picture. Trying to impose their own views on the people of Pakistan. Continuing in the circle of criticism, they (media) got out of the circle and circulated the rumour of a fake news about shoes been hurled on the President during his speech delivery in Birmingham after which he left the hall within seconds. Most of the channels had on-aired his speech in Birmingham immediately but nothing had happened as they had spread to be.
So being a Pakistani, we should condemn this act of media who misguided the nation and should focus the successful tour of the President to UK.

جماعت اسلامی کا شوریٰ کا اجلاس ہے ،ہر طرف خاموشی اور سوگ کا عالم ہے .وجہ یہ ہے کے ملک میں امن و امان ہے کوئی خودکش دھماکہ یا ڈرون حملہ نہیں ہوا جس کی وجہ سے میڈیا والے انھیں نہیں بلا رہے ہیں اور قتل و فساد نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے جماعت اسلامی کا “پیغام ” پاکستانی عوام تک نہیں پہنچ پا رہا ہے .آج کل لوگ اپنے مسائل میں گھیرے ہوئے ہیں اور کوئی امریکا اور اسرایل کی مزمت نہیں کر رہا ،کشمیر کا مسلہ بھی قومی بن گیا ہے “اسلامی ” نہیں کہ جماعت اسلامی اس پر کچھ بات کرتی .آگے الیکشن بھی انے والا ہے .سارے کارکنان دل ہی دل میں یہ سوچ رہے تھے کے ایک دو دھماکے یا امریکا کے ڈرون اس وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہیں ،تاکے میڈیا پر جماعت اسلامی کو انے کا موقع ملے اور شریعت کے نفاذ ،بلیک واٹر ،طالبان مزاکرات کی بات کر کے “اسلامی انقلاب ” کی رہ ہموار ہو سکے .

امیر صاحب اور شوریٰ کے اراکین کے اندر ایک خوشی کی لہر دوڑ جاتی ہے آنکھوں میں چمک آجاتی ہے اور سب میں ایک اطمینان کی لہر دوڑ جاتی ہے
جماعت کے امیر کہتے ہیں : ساتھیوں “اسلامی انقلاب ” دستک دے رہا ہے ،منزل قریب ہی ہے .
اورایک جذباتی کارکن نعرے لگانا شورو کر دیتا ہے

( ایک رکن جنکا “ذہن ” ابھی پوری طرح تیار نہیں ہوا تھا اٹھ کر کہتے ہیں” حضرت آپ ان طالبانوں کی مذمت کیوں نہیں کرتے ؟ یہ لوگ تو ہمیں بھی نشانہ بناتے ہیں ،لوگ ان سے بیزار ہو رہے ہیں ،کیا ایسے قتل کی اسلام میں اجازت ہے ،کیا دین اسطرح غالب ہوگا ؟ ساری دنیا جانتی ہے کے یہ لوگوں کے مقصد کچھ اور ہیں اور مذہب کے نام پر معصوم لوگوں کو قتل کر رہے ہیں پر پھر بھی آپ لوگ ان کی مذمت نہیں کرتے ،سوات میں پہلے کہتے تھے کے یہ انڈین اجنٹ ہیں ،پھر کہتے تھے کے آپریشن بند کرو ،پھر ان سے مزاکرات اور پھر ان کی شریعت کی حمایت کرنے لگے پر جب آپریشن ہوا تو ان کا ساتھ بھی نہیں دیا ،کیا یہ منافقت نہیں ہے ؟ )
جماعت کے امیر منور (تاریک) حسن نے انھیں خاموش رہنے کو کہا اور یہ کہا کے آپ کو اس پورے سیناریو کا پتا نہیں ،جن کی آپ بات کر رہے ہیں ان کی قیادت اپنوں ہی کے ہاتھو میں ہے .
ابھی دھماکے کو ہوئے ایک گھنٹہ ہی نہیں گزرا تھا کہ بہت سی کالیں آنے لگیں ،پوری شوریٰ ایک ایک چنیل پر مصروف ہو گئی ،چنیل والے اپنے پروگرام میں انے کی دعوت دینے لگے اور وہ سارے لیڈر اور جماعتیں جنھیں عوام ووٹ نہیں دیتے ہیں ٹی وی پر اکر راگ گا نے لگے .
ایک طرف ملا سفّاکی میڈیا پر قبول کر رہا تھا دوسری طرف جماعتی میڈیا پروپگنڈہ کرنے میں مصروف ہوگیا .
پھر سے لوگوں کے گھر اجڑگئے ،بچے شہید ہو گئے پر جمید گل ،طالبان و عمران خان ،منور و تاریک حسن ،بازی حسین ،جامد میر ،عرفان باسی اور دوسروں کے مزے ہو گئے
ایک ہی منور حسن مختلف چنیل پر ہے اور سو بہانے بنا رہے ہیں

آج جیسے غیر منتخب لوگوں کی عید ہو گئی ،اخبار اور ٹی وی پر ان ہی کے بیانات ،واہ کیا بات ہے .

Double Standard of Iftikhar Ch. et al
The Supreme Court has made public the verdict in petition filed by Kh. Haris against appointment of Mr. Irfan Qadir as Prosecutor General, NAB. The decision is in favour of the petitioner and Mr. Irfan Qadir has lost his job. The SC acted swiftly to decide a legal matter about a clause in NAB Ordinance.
Let us see what actually is the law in this regard? The prosecutor General of The NAB is to be appointed for a period of three years (un-extendible). Mr. Irfan Qadir had completed a term of three years during previous regime. This time he had been given the job anew. It had nothing to do with the previous tenure. But the great interpreters of the laws have decided as if it were an extension.
Now let us take another case. It relates to a constitutional matter. According to article 179 of the Constitution of Pakistan which reads, “A judge of the Supreme Court shall hold office until he attains the age of sixty five years, unless he sooner resigns or is removed from office in accordance with the Constitution.” We know that Khalil ur Rehman Ramday and Ghulam Rabbani have retired after completing 65 years of age but the two have been inducted as Ad Hoc Judges. The article 182 which deals with ad hoc judges reads, “ If at any time it is not possible for want of quorum of Judges of the Supreme Court to hold or continue any sitting of the Court, or for any other reason it is necessary to increase temporarily the number of Judges of the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice of Pakistan may, in writing,-
(a) with the approval of the President, request any person who has held the office of a Judge of that Court and since whose ceasing to hold that office three years have not elapsed; or
(b) with the approval of the President and with the consent of the Chief justice of a High Court, require a Judge of that Court qualified for appointment as a judge of the Supreme Court,
to attend sittings of the Supreme Court as an ad hoc Judge for such period as may be necessary and while so attending an ad hoc Judge shall have the same power and jurisdiction as a Judge of the Supreme Court. Here it seems that the CJ has taken advantage of the term, “person who has held the office of a Judge of that Court” as a provision to appoint an overage person as ad hoc judge, but article 260 i.e. Interpretation makes no difference between a Judge and an Ad Hoc Judge,” “Judge” in relation to the Supreme Court or a High Court, includes the Chief Justice of the Court and also includes
(a) in relation to the Supreme Court, a person who is acting as a Judge of the Court; and
(b) in relation to the High Court, a person who is an Additional Judge of the Court”. If status of an ad hoc judge is the same as the permanent judge all the rules must apply including the age. In my opinion a person eligible for appointment as ad hoc judge would be a former judge who had resigned as a judge for any reason but is below 65 years.
Comparing the appointment of Mr. Irfan Qadir with that of Khalil Ramday we simply say that the latter is also void. Isn’t it a display of double standard of Mr, Iftikhar Ch.
There is still another point which raises objection over the attitude of the SC. Appointment of an official to a certain department is a trivial matter and it may be ignored. The Court still took up the matter swiftly and heard the parties summarily and gave its verdict. There is a case in SC which questions the validity of membership of The CM Punjab in the provincial assembly. As compared to the case of Irfan Qadir this case has a constitutional anomaly under article 224. The petition filed by Mr. Shahid Orakzai has been dumped in the cold storage of SC along with the petition of Mr. Asghar Khan which not seen light of the for the last 11 years. It is high time senior lawyers like Mr. Kurd and Aitizaz Ahsan prevail upon the SC to be sane and impart justice without prejudice.
