The government should also focus upon the rehabilitation of former militants who were either forced to join this war or were brain washed due to their limited understanding of Islam. While we have came a long way and have scored crucial victories in the war against extremism it is utmost important that we curtail the new recruits to Taliban by spreading awareness in masses.
