Hamid Mir reduces LeJ to land mafia and #ShiaGenocide to an ethnic issue
In the following article published in Jang (18 Feb 2013), right-wing journalist Hamid Mir deletes the Shia identity of Shia Hazaras, reduces Shia genocide to a Hazara specific ethnic issue and reduces Takfiri Deobandi group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ aka ASWJ or Sipah-e-Sahaba) to land mafia.

While the recent article grossly misrepresents Shia Genocide in Pakistan, on the positive note, it does acknowledge that Pakistani State, Pakistan army and its various intelligence agencies in particular, are complicit in systematic genocide of Shia Hazaras in Quetta and elsewhere.
Hamid Mir has made some important points. He has highlighted greed of Pakistan Military for land garbing. They are the biggest land mafia here in Pakistan. Also he implicates them (the army) in the murders of Citizens, who are apparently claimed by the groups (TTP, LeJ etc. etc.). Please reread article of this brave journalist.
Apart from shia identity the aforementioned points can also be one of the many reasons,
I think hamid mir sb is not among anti shia or extremist, he has raised important points.
