I am thankful to LUBP for publishing my previous letter exposing the infamous ISI tout Hussain Ali Yasa (a friend of Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) and Khaliq Hazara) who was arrested in Afghanistan. Today I want to highlight another important issue on which we see a lot of lies.
People in the media and HDP (ISI-agents in Quetta) continuously lie to the world that Shia-Hazara killing in Quetta is more of an ethnic issue than religious. This is a deliberate attempt at deceiving those who do not know much about Quetta and it is done at the behest of the intelligence agencies. Faith (sect) is the principal cause of the slaughter of Shia Hazaras (along with non-Hazara Shias) in Quetta. Their ethnicity (racial features) only help in their identification. However, that too is a partial truth. One must not ignore that in the same city (Quetta), in addition to 500 Shia Hazaras, at least 200 non-Shia Hazaras too have been killed by the same Takfiri Deobandis (LeJ). Needless to say, LeJ is a sectarian, not an ethnic organization.
Today I want to tell who do not know much about Quetta that I personally know about at least 1,000 Sunni-Hazara brothers who live in Quetta but they have never been targeted or harassed. The Sunni-Hazara population is actually much more than 1000 but I do not exactly know where the rest of them live. They are scattered in the city.
My question is: If Hazaras are killed because of their ethnicity then why the Sunni-Hazaras are never targeted?
The truth is that Shia-Hazara are targeted because of their faith, and it is not about being Hazara even. All Shias in Quetta are targeted irrespective of ethnicity.
In order to prove my point I am providing these details which can be counterchecked by anyone who wants to do so.
I personally know of three areas in Quetta where our Sunni-Hazara brothers live peacefully, which Shia-Hazara can visit only at the risk of their lives.
Almost all of Shia-Hazaras live either on Alamdar Road or in Hazara Town and have now been sort of cordoned in the area and cannot even move in the city freely. The Sunni-Hazaras live in areas which the Shia-Hazara cannot even imagine to visit.
These three areas are:
Faizabad-Saryab Road: Around 50 Sunni-Hazara families in live Faizabad area of Saryab Road Quetta. Quite a few Lashkar-e-Jhangvi militants in Quetta are reportedly operating from this area. Some people will be surprised to know that on 5th August 2012 the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi safe house which blew up when a suicide car was being prepared to attack Youm-e-Ali (as) procession, was located in the same Faizabad area of Saryab Road. If Lashkar-e-Jhangvi wanted to kill only Hazaras and not Shias, how come the 50 Sunni-Hazara families live in the same area?
Kharotabad: Kharotabad is another no-go area for Shia-Hazaras, but around another 60 Sunni-Hazara families live in this area. It is one of the places in Quetta where a lot of Taliban settled after the US attack on Afghanistan. Other than Taliban, this place is also inhabited by Tajik, Russian and Uzbek militants (check video proof here). Sunni-Hazaras live in the area in peace and are not disturbed by anyone.
Kechi Beg: Around 40 Sunni-Hazara families live in the Kechi Beg area. This area is located between Western Bypass and Sariab Road, and Shia-Hazaras as well as other Shias have been targeted in both of these areas. But the Sunni-Hazara families are safe and sound in the area.
This is not to suggest that all people who live in the area should be considered terrorist or that somehow Sunni-Hazaras help terrorists. But the point I am making is that even in areas where foreign and local terrorists have found sanctuaries, Sunni-Hazara just like others, live in peace and are neither targeted nor harassed, which proves that the Hazaras who are killed in Quetta are all Shia and are targeted by Lashkar-e-Jhangvi only because of their religion.
I do not want that Lashkar-e-Jhangvi should attack Sunni-Hazara too. I am happy that they are safe. But I think what I have said completely proves that all Shias are targeted in Quetta, and from amongst Hazaras, only the Shia ones are targeted. And apart from Shia-Hazaras, around 200 non-Hazara Shias have also been targeted.
HDP should stop lying and playing politics on the martyrs of Quetta and the media should not fall victim to their propaganda.
Kudos to LUBP which always maintained and statistically proved that Hazara killing in Quetta is not ethnic, it is sectarian motivated.
HDP touts (Abdul Khaliq, Saleem Javed etc) and other ISI-thugs are silent.
Qazi Issa, the All-India Muslim League’s main man in Quetta, Balochistan throughout the 1940s, was himself a Sunni Hazara.
We do not have to blame each other the enemies want us to blame each other, but it is fact that they only target shias but Hazaras are soft target therefore they easily target them cowardly. They do not dare to come and fight us bravely. Only target us when we our children and women are not ready for fight or they are not armed.

Qazi Issa was a Sunni Hazara (son of a Hazara father and Pashtun mother). Qazi Issa was married to/had fling
with two sisters at one time. First wife started her own affair with a Sikh major who converted
Ahmad Rashid is son of that wife and converted Sikh guy. Faez Issa, current CJ of Balochistan High Court, is son of second wife. They hide Hazara identity and present themselves as Pashtuns to improve their acceptability. Not unlike so many Kashmiri migrants who are now completely absorbed in Lahore’s Punjabi culture.
According to one view, he is a Pashtun from Qazi family in Pishin.
According to another view, this particular family of CJ BHCourt, from Pishin, are pashtoonized hazaras, i.e., when people from minority ethnic group get absorbed by the domnnt group.

Qazi Faez Isa Sworn in as Chief Justice Balochistan

Qazi Faez Isa, son of Qazi Muhammad Isa, has sworn in as Chief Justice Balochistan. He is the firstever Hazara to serve as Cheif Justice of Balochistan High Court.
Late Qazi Muhammad Isa was a prominent leader of Pakistan Movement and close friend of Quid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He sanctioned Voice of Hazaragi in Radio Pakistan in 1975. Qazi Muhammad Isa (Marhoom) raised the voice of deprived Hazaras of Independent Hazarajat in UN for the first time in 1970s and succeeded in getting Hazara delegation in the UN represented by Tanzeem Nasle Nau Hazara Mughul.
Kaleem Umer, cousin of Qazi Faez, writes in Daily Times that the Isa Famiy belonged to Hazaras of Kandhar, who are predominantely Sunni.
The family moved to present Pakistan in 1880s when the tyrant ruler Abdul Rahman imposed a genocidal war against Hazaras killing about 60% of the total population.
Qazi Faez is a senior lawyer. He was born in 1959 in Quetta. He completed his primary and secondary education from the Quetta Grammar School. He did his BA Honours in Law and later got the degree of Bar-at-Law from London. He has written several books.
Ashraf Jahangir Qazi is the cousin of Qazi Faez. He served as the Ambassador of Pakistan in the United States and India. Currently he is the UN Secretary General’s Special Representative for Sudan.

It is to mention that Hazaras in Pakistan live in Quetta, Karachi, Hyderabad, Nawab Shah, Sangar, Khair Pur, Zhob, Muslim Bagh, Mach, Loraralai, Duki, Sinjavi, Harnae Marvar, Dagari and in some other cities.

I have met a person whose father was a Muslim League MLA in 1946 legislature and who has a first person account of Qazi Essa’s self-identification as a Hazara. He was an Alauddini Hazara from Ghazni Afghanistan. He used to identify as a Hazara, but the family later started identifying themselves as Pashtoons.

The HDP social media propagandist, Saleem Javed, is sitting in Europe while pretending to be in Quetta. He sold Shia blood, to promote an ISI-backed ethnic party HDP and also to secure his own asylum.
He keeps on repeating his lies:

Saleem Javed: Today the Hazaras live in the west of Quetta and the east of Quetta in two different localities which are sometimes now called ghettos. And now the Hazaras cannot move out of their own localities inside Quetta because as soon as they move outside their own localities they will be chased, identified and killed. The nature of the attacks has been different. Firstly, mostly the Hazara intellectuals and the officers were killed. Then the Hazara traders and businessmen were killed. And then later on, after 2008, then indiscriminate killings of the Hazaras is going on.
Only in 2012, more than 60 Hazaras have been killed, which include women, which include students, which include children, which include old people, vegetable vendors. Last month, a bus which was taking the Hazara students to a university, that bus was exploded through a suicide attack. Four Hazaras were killed. Now they are effectively under house arrest.

He did not acknowledge that only Shia Hazaras are being killed, Sunni Hazaras are safe. He also did not acknowledge that both Shia Hazaras and non-Hazara Shias are being killed by LeJ which is a sectarian terrorist group, not an ethnic terrorist group.
Shame on liar.
This debate is irrelevant, immaterial and, frankly, juvenile. When bodies are falling left and right, it does NOT matter whether they were Shias or Hazaras — what matters is the following:
that their basic right to life is taken away from them
that the state has completely failed to do anything about it
that silly debates like this one take away from the state’s imperative to protect people’s lives
So, LUBP, by posting such material where you give a pseudonymous person the soapbox to launch political attacks against another political entity in Quetta, you are doing a BIG disservice to the victims and the besieged people of Quetta who are living in fear.
